Water and Sewer Services work to close Smith Street on Friday
Water and Sewer Services will close Smith Street near the East Fairview Avenue intersection from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 17 to complete asphalt paving restoration.
Emergency traffic will not be able to pass during construction activities.
Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays, use caution in the construction zone, and observe posted speed limits for their safety and the safety of workers.
